Due to a high rate of no-shows, we found it necessary to make changes to our No-Show Policy effective June 1, 2013 as follows:

All appointments must be cancelled no less than two hours prior to the appointment time. In the event of a no-show without such notice of cancellation, a No-Show Fee will be applied.

Talk Appointment No-Show Fee = $100.00

Well Appointment No-Show Fee = $80.00

Sick Appointment and All Other Appointments No-Show Fee = $50.00

Lab Appointments No-Show Fee = $30.00
