and discuss the problem with our specially-trained nurses. They will be able to advise you and either suggest the necessary therapy or have you come in for an examination.

After Normal Office Hours

In case of emergency, call (610) 376-8691. If we are not in the office to answer your call, follow the instructions on our answering machine.

Please call again if you have not received a return call within a reasonable time.

Office Hours for Sunday and Holiday mornings are reserved for sick visits.

If your child is ill, please call the office as early as possible after 8:30 AM on these days.

We urge you to limit your calls after hours and on weekends to those calls that you feel are an absolute necessity. Questions about colds, feeding problems, pinworms, and prescriptions for vitamins can usually wait until the following day. In this way we can answer necessary problems and true emergencies more promptly.

Courtesies & Considerations - How to avoid No-Show Charges

No-Show Charges. All of our appointments are scheduled appointments. If you must cancel an appointment, make sure to call our office at (610) 378-1722 no less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled time, otherwise, No-Show charges will apply as specified in our current Financial Policy: $50.00 for Well visits and $30.00 for Sick and all other visits. Thank you for your co-operation.

Payment for office services is due at the time of your office visit. This will ensure that we can assist you without having to reschedule your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ATM, and American Express.

We try very hard to stay on schedule, but emergencies do occur, and the doctor may be called to the phone for a special problem. If we are behind schedule, our staff will, whenever possible, inform arriving patients about a delay. We hope that you will bear with us, and we will do our very best to see you as soon as possible.
