Dr. Spillerman, who is board-certified in pediatrics, was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil and moved to Boston, Massachusetts at the end of high school.She graduated cum laude from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA.

In 1994, she received her medical degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. Dr. Spillerman completed her pediatric residence at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.  Dr. Spillerman is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

She serves on the Continuing Medical Education Committee at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Dr. Spillerman enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and two children. She speaks French and Portuguese fluently.
