In the event of a no-show without 24 Hour notice of cancellation, a No-Show Fee will be applied:
- Talk Appointment No-Show Fee = $100.00
- Well Appointment No-Show Fee = $80.00
- Sick Appointment and All Other Appointments No-Show Fee = $50.00
- Lab Appointments No-Show Fee = $30.00
