If you gave us your e-mail address when you registered your child at Children's Clinic, then you can go ahead and create your account with the Children's Clinic of Wyomissing Patient Portal by:
- Clicking on the image of the Patient Portal above. After creating your account, you can return again to the Sign In page by clicking on this image.
- Clicking on the Create Account link.
- Providing your name and email address on the Create Account page, then clicking Save.
- Once you’ve completed Steps 1, 2 & 3, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Patient Portal password and instructions on how to finalize your registration (Very Important Step; Be Sure to Check your Junk Mail folder).
When you log into your newly created portal account, your family page will list the children your e-mail address is associated with.
